The nurse staff special during the day don't speak or understand good English so is scary because they missurdestood what my husband say.
The use endovenose jeringue and they come out in the middle of the night because they don't secure properly, was blood everywhere.
In London is far more better private hospitals then this.

I have no fault with the hospital, although the praise really went to my doctor who transformed my life. I would have put up with less sparkling surroundings if the doctor is good. My insurer needs to realise that the doctors and nurses are what makes patients happy.

Get dietary information correct. Clean up the rooms looking tired and grubby.
Better attitude from very busy staff. The specialist was fantastic and the operation and acute care also great.
